Paid & Unpaid Invoice Report v2-0

The Unpaid Invoice shows you which invoices have not been paid and how old they are, so you can use it to followup on overdue invoices, then the Paid Invoice shows which invoices have been paid, so it can be used to calculate a sales reps commission over a specific time frame
